If your custom unit was not made by this company, you will not be able to use this service.
 
This service consists of removing your old closure and replacing it with a new 5x5 closure, shampoo, deep conditioning, and restyling.
 
Please ladies if you have been wearing your unit for some time or your scalp is very flaky, please wash and dry the stench off before sending it in. THIS IS MANDATORY!
 
Important details to list:
•Parting: Left straight or curved, Right straight or curved, and/or middle part
•Styling: Wand curls, Body curls, Silky straight, etc.
•Cut: Blunt bob cut, long layers, face framed, ends trimmed, etc .
•Hairline: light, heavy, or no baby hairs
